Lindley Meadow is near the north-east corner of the polo fields, along John F Kennedy Dr., between 30th and 36th avenues.

I haven't tested these directions yet, so someone please find me on IRC if something is wrong (I'm Number-6).
Take 19th avenue into the park. When the road curves around to the right to go onto Hwy 1, the GG Bridge, etc, curve left instead. Make a sharp left onto Transverse Dr, and a right onto John F Kennedy Dr. Park.
Take Fulton to 30th and make a left into the park. (Can you make a left here? Does Fulton even run west? Someone tell me if that's not legal there.) Turn onto John F Kennedy Dr. Park. I recommend against parking on Fulton; I used to bike along there all the time, and the sidewalk along fulton was always littered with broken glass from smashed windows.
Take Fell west (because that's the only way you can). Follow it as it veers left into the park and becomes John F Kennedy Dr. Park when you get close to the meadow.
