The executive summary, in no particular order:

• Come and enjoy yourself. Donations to the cause are very welcome but certainly not required.
• Nick (Number-6) plans to participate in AIDS/Lifecycle 2, a 7-day, 585-mile bicycle trip from San Francisco to Los Angeles to raise money for the San Francisco AIDS Foundation and the LA Gay and Lesbian Center.
• Last year, with the help of friends and family, Nick raised close to $5,000, and he wants to raise even more this time.
• Holy shit, it's a long way to LA on a bicycle!
• Everyone is welcome! Come party with us for a good cause. Bring a friend! Bring two friends!
