You might be wondering, "why go through this convoluted form method to send feedback? why not just have a mailto link?" Good question. The reason is that by placing a mailto: tag on my site, I'd open myself up to having my email address harvested by spammers. Spammers are subhuman primitives who think that being assholes is a legitimate business plan. They spider the web looking for email addresses. I choose not to have my address sucked up by one of these lower life forms.
